316 Elite Softball Mission: 

Our mission is to teach the value of hard work and grow players to truly understand the game.  We will strive to be the best softball players we can be, but most importantly teach valuable life lessons.  Respect, dedication, hard work, and overcoming failure are experiences that will go way beyond softball.

Youth and High school program details:

It is crucial for 316 to to teach our youth the value in sports. Fundamentals, how to win and the beauty of softball are of high priority to be a successful ball player.

Our high school program will look to build the best programs in Wichita for each age group.  Our staff will be hands on in communicating with colleges to get our girls to the next level.

Meet the Webers

 

Britnee Weber

As an Arizona native, Britnee traveled competitively under Hot Shots and Saints Org around the US.  Lettered all 4 years at Centennial Highschool in Peoria, AZ.  She came to Wichita State under coach Tim Walton as shortstop and pitcher. Britnee has played under some of the best coaches in the US and looks forward to sharing her experiences and what she learned to those in the organization.

1st team all-conference 2005-2007 & 1st team All Midwest Region (2007).
1st all-time career hit leader (250), total bases (393), at bats (786) and games played (247)
2nd all-time in doubles (53)
5th all-time in RBI’s (123) & Runs Scored (140)
7th all-time triples (9), Assists (401), and strikeouts per game (5.33)
9th all-time in Home Runs (24)
10th all-time Batting Average (.318).

Tyler and Britnee have two children, Adlee (8) and Jax (6).  They love going to church, traveling, and playing anything sport related.

Britnee has coached teams and individuals since 2007 and will continue to be hands on with the girls in this organization.  She considers herself VERY competitive.  She loves a good challenge and strives to impact those around her in a positive way.  Losing isn’t fun, but winning will never come at the expense of development, playing the game the right way, or respecting umpires and opposing teams.


Tyler Weber

Goddard native, Tyler has been around Wichita baseball most of his career. He played at Goddard High lettering all 4 years. He was named 2004 Marine Corp Distinguished Athlete and led his team to 6A State Champs the same year. Tyler traveled with the Sluggers Organization winning 2 NBC World Series. He received a scholarship to play at Wichita State under Coach Gene Stephenson. During his 4 years at WSU, his records included:

After finishing his playing career, Tyler spent time coaching with the Wichita Reds Organization and Trinity Highschool. He has been giving personal instruction since 2008 focusing on hitting and catching. In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing with the kids, coaching, golfing, being on the lake and being involved in church.
